Bridgitte has connected leading healthcare brands and their customers for 15+ years, wielding her experience in product and digital transformation strategies, brand marketing insights and program development through commercialization.

As Head of Customer Experience, she is responsible for defining and championing a strategic framework for improved experiences that unlock lifetime customer value, increase brand affinity, and create a sustainable competitive advantage.

She continues her passion for CX thought leadership and expertise by demonstrating how leaders can drive growth and innovation from customer feedback, advocacy and advisory within digital therapeutics at BehaVR.

Bridgitte was a Psychology major from Eastern Kentucky University and holds certificates in Organizational Leadership as well as Recreational Therapy.
